KingTecPan is non–asbestos energy–saving light weight building board with tobermoritecrystal structure, which is famous for its high stability. It is formed under the internationalleading ktn300 technology by high–temperature autoclave curing treatment. It has differentdensity range: low density (KingTec KT-L Panel), medium density (KingTec KT Panel), high density (KingTec KT-W Panel) for your choice.
1. Non-combustible Material: Meets international ISO-1182, national GB 8624, and British BS 476 standards, with a combustion performance rating of A1. Fully complies with fire prevention requirements for all buildings, providing comprehensive safety assurance.
2. High Strength and Lightweight: Bending strength ≥ 8 MPa, fully meeting national standards and requirements for indoor use in civil buildings. The lightweight nature of the boards makes them suitable for new constructions without the need to consider additional load-bearing structures for walls and ceilings.
3. Eco-friendly and Energy-saving: The boards are 100% asbestos-free. The limits of radioactive nuclides comply with the Class A decorative material requirements of GB 6566, allowing unrestricted production, sale, and use.
4. Waterproof and Moisture-resistant: Ultra-low moisture absorption deformation rate, ultra-low water absorption, and impermeability make the product suitable for damp building areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.
5. Mold-resistant and Corrosion-resistant: The boards are antibacterial, water-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and have excellent resistance to general chemical corrosion, eliminating concerns about their suitability for acidic or alkaline environments.
