Hawk-B Anti-explosion Board
Made from environmentally friendly materials, using fiber cement flat panels as the substrate, it is then combined with 0.5~0.8mm galvanized steel plates through advanced processes such as light pressing and curing. Additionally, a multi-layer inorganic coating with extremely strong weather resistance and highly stable color is baked onto the surface of the galvanizedsteel/aluminumplate, creating a new type of material.

HAWK-B anti-explosion board is a kind of high-strength composite anti-explosion material. The core layer is asbestos-free cement flat plate, and the cladding layer is two high-strength punched galvanized steel plates, and the inner and outer layers are engaged by mechanical pressure. It has the functions of super fire prevention, explosion prevention, impact resistance and high water pressure jet resistance.

Bending strength MPa: ≥ 185 is tested according to standard GB/T 7019.

Acid and alkali resistance: ≥360h, no bubbling, bulging and pulverization after the experiment.
Asbestos content: it meets the standard of HJ/T223-2005, and does not contain asbestos.
Radioactivity: it conforms to GB6566-2010 standard and meets the requirements of Class A decorative materials.
Incombustibility: incombustible material conforming to grade A1 of GB 8624-2012.
