Using fiber cement board as the substrate, the surface undergoes 16 processes including sealing, sanding, impregnation, and waterproofing. It is then roller-coated with UV primer, and a speciallyformulated UV antimicrobial finish paint is appliedevenly over the treated substrate using large-scale UV coating equipment. The antimicrobial coating cured using light-curing equipment to create a new type of board specifically designed for public health spaces, offering ultimate protection againsvarious contaminants.
